1. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS 

We accept credit card payment with VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure by the epayment provider Stripe. Prices are set in SEK and EUR. Every purchase will include a valid VAT receipt. 

2. DELIVERY INFORMATION & RATES 

Orders are shipped using various carriers for speedy delivery depending on the country.

Normal delivery times: 
Sweden: 3–5 working days 
Europe: 5–8 working days 
World: 6–10 working days  

Delivery rates as follows:  
Sweden: Flat-rate 59 SEK / 5:90 EUR
Europe: Flat-rate 89 SEK / 8:90 EUR
World: Flat-rate 129 SEK / 12:90 EUR

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Directly after placing an order with Praun & Guermouche you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When the order has been picked-up by the designated shipper, you will receive a second e-mail. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability issues or other difficulties you will be refunded immediately.   

4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

The following return policy is applicable to the purchase of all products from the website: If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs. To make a return please send back the item securely wrapped, along with your delivery note and a letter explaining the reason for the return. Please send the package to: Praun & Guermouche AB, Thorildsplan 2A, SE-11243 Stockholm, Sweden.
